Set Your Time Zone in Canvas

• When viewed through the web, Canvas uses a default time zone (initially set to Pacific Time) to display due dates. Change the default time zone through your user account Settings. How do I set a time zone for my Canvas user account as a student?
• When using the Canvas student app, time zone is based on your mobile device’s location which changes automatically as you move across time zones.

Note: If your current time zone differs from the time zone set in your Canvas settings, your due dates/times will differ between your Canvas Mobile App and the web view.
